In pharmaceutical packaging, EVOH is used in applications requiring high hygroscopicity and gas sensitivity, and can replace some aluminum-plastic packaging, balancing safety and environmental friendliness. In cosmetic packaging, its barrier properties delay oxidation and stabilize highly active ingredient formulations.
Industrial and Chemical Containers:
EVOH is used in the packaging of chemicals (such as pesticides and solvents) to prevent the volatilization of harmful substances and environmental pollution, and is especially suitable for containers of hazardous chemicals such as xylene and benzene. It also has applications in the protection of electronic components and precision instruments.
Automotive Parts:
EVOH is blended with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to manufacture automotive fuel tanks, blocking the volatilization of oil and gas and improving environmental performance.
